Mohsen Rezaei , Secretary of Supreme Council of Economic Coordination  of  three Heads of forces visited from Caspian Port Complex and attended in meeting of administrative council of Anzali Free Zone which was held with presence of provincial officials and members of the Gilan Provincial Parliament.

He emphasized on importance of transit so that free zones can play an important role in neutralizing sanctions, especially those that are located along corridors.

He emphasized on attraction of capital in free zones and stated: "The economy seeks production, production seeks income and money and money seeks returns, therefore, to attract capital we must seek returns. This cannot be achieved through mass but isolated measures and value chains are missing link in Iranian economy."

 We need to redesign economic model of Anzali Free Zone and should take essential measures in this regard.

The first section is trade which includes import and export and transit sectors and second section is tourism which includes environmental tourism and health tourism.

Dr. Rezaei stated that main infrastructure of governance in free zone is contracts, so one of current problems of country is contracts and it is essential to take essential measures".

At the end he stated that for investment in Anzali Free Zone not only we need outside province investment, but also we need to people of Gilan Province and neighboring provinces.
